What are the methods for screening road marking glass beads?

The screening methods for Road Marking Glass Beads are as follows:
Collector screening: The collector is at the end of the sorting device, using a pulse bag collector, which can collect the ultrafine microbeads that are not selected by the separator, and has a purification function.
Gravity separation: The sorter uses gravity separation and consists of three sedimentation boxes, each of which has a discharge device at the bottom. The airflow containing fly ash enters the sedimentation box, the flow rate decreases, and the fly ash settles by gravity. Most of the heavier coarse particles and solid beads settle in the sorter.

Inertial centrifugal force separation: The separator uses the inertial centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the airflow to separate the particles, mainly the cyclone separator group. The tiny hollow microbeads enter with the airflow, and are sorted by the two-stage cyclone separator. Most of them are separated, and a small amount of ultrafine microbeads enter the collector with the airflow.
