The process flow of the glass beads production line is as follows:

1. Screen, crush and sieve the waste glass into qualified glass sand raw materials.

2. Put the prepared glass sand into the glass bead production furnace, the temperature of which is usually above 900℃. Use the suspension method to instantly form the glass sand into balls and then cool it into beads.

3. Put the produced glass beads into the testing instrument for testing.

4. Qualified glass beads are packaged and exported.
