Glass microbeads are a new type of material that has been developed in recent years, with a wide range of applications and unique properties. This product is made from borosilicate raw materials through high-tech processing, with a particle size of 10-250 microns and a wall thickness of 1-2 microns. This product has the advantages of light weight, low thermal conductivity, high strength, and good chemical stability. Its surface has been specially treated to have oleophilic and hydrophobic properties, making it very easy to disperse in solute material systems.
Glass microbeads are used for rust removal in aerospace machinery, as well as in night time reflective devices for zebra crossings, no stop lines, double yellow lines, and traffic signs on urban transportation roads.

1. Chemical composition: SiO2>67%, CaO>8.0% MgO>2.5% Na2O<14%, Al2O3 0.5-2.0 Fe2O3>0.15, other 2.0%
2. Specific gravity: 2.4-2.6 grams per cubic centimeter
Appearance: Smooth, round, transparent glass with no impurities. Rounding rate: ≥ 85% or above
3. Magnetic particles not exceeding 0.1% of the product weight
4. The bubble content inside the glass bead is less than 10%
5. Does not contain any silicone resin components
