Glass bead production equipment mainly adopts flame floating method, including two major systems: heating melting and cooling forming. First, the recycled waste glass is crushed into glass sand of a specific size, and then put into the furnace. The glass sand is softened and beaded by high temperature, and then cooled and solidified into glass beads. The key to the whole process is the firing process. In the specific operation, coking gas or natural gas is first ignited in the furnace body, and when the furnace temperature reaches 900 degrees, glass sand is put in. The glass sand is heated and formed with the flame, and then enters the diffusion chamber to cool and shape, and then further cooled by the auger, and finally screened by the vibrating screen to complete the packaging. This production process is physical deformation. The only raw material is waste glass, and the heating fuel is coal coke gas or natural gas. It is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly project of waste utilization.
